Our shadows are handcrafted in small batches, which means each pan is a little unique. Surface tone, texture, and color may vary slightly from batch to batch. Lighting, camera settings, and screen displays can also affect how colors appear online. These variations are part of what makes handmade makeup special and do not affect performance.

For sanitation reasons, all cosmetic sales are final.

Your order will ship out within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. During NEW product drops, sitewide restocks, Holiday Sale Events - refer to our home page for order fulfillment processing times.

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number yet that means your package has NOT been shipped. It's still being picked, packaged and boxed. There is no set day when your package will ship. Packages usually ship out between 3-5 business days, or during NEW product drops/sitewide restocks/Holiday Sale Events, the process time will be noted on our home page.

SHIPPING DAMAGE + LOST PACKAGES

Every Devinah order is packed by hand and shipped with care, but once a package enters the carrier network, things can occasionally go sideways.

We insure our shipments when coverage is available so that legitimate loss or transit damage can be properly documented and resolved.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If something in your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as reasonably possible.

To submit a damaged-item claim, you are required to email clear photos of:

• The damaged product
• The shipping box or mailer
• The interior packaging
• The shipping label

Please keep the damaged item and all original shipping packaging while your claim is being reviewed. Do not discard damaged products, the mailer or box, or interior packaging until we've confirmed they are no longer needed.

These photos are required documentation for the shipping insurance claim. Without the required documentation, the insurance provider will not review the claim and Devinah will be unable to proceed with an insurance-based resolution.

Once the required documentation has been received and the claim qualifies, verified shipping damage may be resolved with:

• Replacement of the affected merchandise, when eligible and available
• Non-expiring Devinah store credit for the value of the affected merchandise

Devinah does not issue refunds for shipping damage.

IMPORTANT: RECEIVED ORDERS THAT STILL SHOW "IN TRANSIT"

Occasionally, a customer receives their package even though USPS tracking never records the delivery and continues to show the package moving through the USPS network or otherwise "in transit."

If you have physically received your order but USPS tracking does not show a completed delivery scan, verified transit damage will be resolved with non-expiring Devinah store credit for the value of the affected merchandise.

Replacement merchandise will not be shipped in this situation.

Because the carrier has not recorded delivery, the incomplete tracking record can prevent us from recovering the damaged-product loss through the shipping insurance purchased for the shipment. Sending replacement merchandise would create an additional uninsured shipment and product loss.

Your store credit does not expire and can be used toward a future Devinah purchase.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

A delayed tracking update does not necessarily mean a package is lost.

If your order appears to be missing, we'll review the carrier tracking and determine the appropriate next step.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be required to:

• Confirm your shipping address
• Check your mailbox, parcel locker, porch, mailroom, or other delivery location
• Check with household members or neighbors
• Contact your local post office or carrier
• Allow additional carrier processing time
• Complete an insurance affidavit confirming non-receipt
• Provide any additional documentation required by the insurance provider

If an insurance affidavit or other documentation is required for your claim, it must be completed before the insurance provider will review the claim and before Devinah can proceed with an insurance-based resolution.

Qualifying lost-package claims may be resolved with:

• Replacement merchandise, when covered by the approved insurance claim and inventory is available
• Non-expiring Devinah store credit

Devinah does not issue refunds for lost or missing packages.

PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

• Your mailbox or parcel locker
• Porch or alternate delivery location
• Household members
• Neighbors
• Building management or mailroom, when applicable
• Your local carrier office

If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we'll review the tracking and available insurance coverage.

An insurance affidavit and any other documentation required by the insurance provider must be completed before the insurance provider will review the claim.

Once the required documentation has been submitted and the claim qualifies, the resolution may be:

• Replacement merchandise, when covered by the insurance claim and inventory is available
• Non-expiring Devinah store credit

Refunds are not issued for packages reported lost or missing after carrier delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International tracking can occasionally stop updating or transfer between postal networks during transit.

If your international package is delayed or tracking appears unusual, please contact us before assuming the package has been lost.

International shipping claims are subject to the same documentation and insurance requirements as domestic claims.

If you physically receive your international order while USPS tracking continues to show the package moving through the network or otherwise in transit without a completed delivery scan, verified transit damage will be resolved with non-expiring Devinah store credit only.

Replacement merchandise will not be shipped in this situation because the incomplete carrier record may prevent Devinah from recovering the damaged-product loss through the shipping insurance purchased for the shipment.

REPLACEMENTS + STORE CREDIT

Shipping claims are resolved through replacement merchandise or non-expiring Devinah store credit, depending on the circumstances of the shipment, carrier tracking, insurance eligibility, product availability, and applicable legal requirements.

Replacement merchandise is only available when the circumstances of the claim allow Devinah to recover the covered loss through shipping insurance.

If carrier tracking or another circumstance prevents an insurance-covered replacement, non-expiring Devinah store credit may be the available resolution.

Customers may not receive both replacement merchandise and store credit for the same merchandise loss.

Devinah Cosmetics is an independently owned micro business, and our shipping resolutions are based on our own shipping and insurance processes. Policies or resolutions offered by other retailers do not determine Devinah's policies.

RETURNS + COSMETICS

For health, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons, all cosmetic products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Devinah does not accept returns of eyeshadows, highlighters, bronzers, eye bases, or other cosmetic products.

If a cosmetic product arrives damaged in transit or there is an error with your order, please contact us rather than returning the product. We'll review the issue under the appropriate damage, shipping, or order-resolution process.

A LITTLE NOTE FROM DEVINAH

We're a very small handmade business, and we genuinely want to help when something happens to your order.

Shipping insurance helps protect both you and Devinah when a carrier loses or damages a package. When we ask for photos of the damaged product, shipping packaging, label, an insurance affidavit, or other documentation, we're not asking you to jump through unnecessary hoops.

That documentation is required by the insurance provider in order for us to file and support the claim. Without the required documentation, the insurance agent will not review the claim.

That's why it's so important to keep your damaged product and all of the original packaging until we've let you know it's okay to discard them.

We'll always review legitimate shipping problems carefully and help you through the process. At the same time, as a micro business, we rely on the shipping insurance we purchase for every eligible package so that carrier damage or loss doesn't become a complete loss for our little handmade business too.
