Please allow up to 7–10 total days for delivery during normal periods.

Devinah Cosmetics Shipping Policy

At Devinah Cosmetics, every order is packed with care from our studio. Because our products are handmade, please review the details below before placing your order.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During new product launches, sales, and major events (including Black Friday), processing times may be extended due to high order volume.

We always work as quickly as possible, but we will never rush quality.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

  • 3–7 business days (U.S.)

Shipping times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates are controlled by USPS and may take time to refresh.


Domestic & International Shipping

We ship within the United States and to select international countries.

If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship to that location at this time.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders:

  • U.S. orders over $85
  • International orders over $200

(Thresholds may change during promotions.)


Delays

Once a package leaves our hands, it is in the care of USPS.

Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or high shipping volume periods.

We appreciate your patience during these situations.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors
  2. Contact your local post office (GPS delivery scans are often available)

If your package still cannot be located, we will assist you in filing a shipping insurance claim.

In some cases, an affidavit is required to complete the claim process.

We will guide you through the steps, but final resolution is determined by the shipping carrier and insurance provider.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You must provide:

  • A photo of the shipping box
  • A photo of the damaged item(s)

This is required to file a claim and resolve the issue.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us:

  • We will contact you with a new invoice for reshipping postage
  • Once the invoice is paid, your order will be reshipped

Devinah Cosmetics is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


Order Changes & Cancellations

All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Order changes may be requested only if the order has not shipped.

If your order has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
