Our shadows are handcrafted in small batches, which means each pan is a little unique. Surface tone, texture, and color may vary slightly from batch to batch. Lighting, camera settings, and screen displays can also affect how colors appear online. These variations are part of what makes handmade makeup special and do not affect performance.

Your order will ship out within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. During NEW product drops, sitewide restocks, Holiday Sale Events - refer to our home page for order fulfillment processing times.
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number yet that means your package has NOT been shipped. It's still being picked, packaged and boxed. There is no set day when your package will ship. Packages usually ship out between 3-5 business days, or during NEW product drops/sitewide restocks/Holiday Sale Events, the process time will be noted on our home page.
