If you already have an order placed that HAS NOT YET SHIPPED and you want to place another order - include this add-on to your 2nd order to have both orders combined and a rush service on your 2nd order (rush service skips this order ahead of other orders placed before it).
If you have multiple orders that you want to combine shipping on, you must purchase this service for each additional order that will need to be combined with your first. In the "Order Notes" box on the cart page, type in the order number(s) that need to be combined.
For US customers, if you have multiple orders placed with first class shipping, we will automatically upgrade your combined ordered package to Priority Mail. Shipping fees are not refunded.
For International Customers, weight plays a big part when shipping over sea/border - any overage of shipping costs may be issued as store credit. We will issue the store credit once your combined package has been shipped. Shipping fees are not refunded.
Your order will ship out within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. During NEW product drops, sitewide restocks, Holiday Sale Events - refer to our home page for order fulfillment processing times.
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number yet that means your package has NOT been shipped. It's still being picked, packaged and boxed. There is no set day when your package will ship. Packages usually ship out between 3-5 business days, or during NEW product drops/sitewide restocks/Holiday Sale Events, the process time will be noted on our home page.
