A tacky base provides an even more intense color shift as well as hold all the micro fine, we mean like SUPER fine sparks š
We also suggest to use ourĀ Specular Sparkle & Shimmer Glue BaseĀ to intensify color and create a long lasting look!
We suggest a small dense/stiff flat shader brush when applying.This will help to prevent glitter fall out.
