February 13 Pre Orders Have Started to Ship
We’ve been nose to the grindstone pouring, pressing, sleeving, and packing every pan from the February 13 pre order event. And guess what?
We finished early. Orders started heading out on March 22 — a full 5 days ahead of schedule. 🎉
Tracking Your Order 🚚💨
Orders ship in the order they were placed. USPS picks up around 3pm PST each day. Scans usually appear within 24 hours, but lately it can take 4 to 5 days. Some customers even receive their package before tracking updates.
Delivery Questions
If something looks off with tracking, call your local post office and ask for the shift manager. Give them your tracking number so they can check the inbound scan path. Once a package leaves our studio, we see the same USPS site you do.
