📦 Black Friday Fulfillment Update
Transparency first — here’s everything you need to know about order timelines and shipping expectations during our Black Friday Event.
We’re expecting a higher-than-normal order volume during our Black Friday event. This means our fulfillment and processing time may range anywhere from 1–20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders will begin shipping on Monday, November 29th. The largest surge of orders usually happens within the first hour of the sale, so those early orders may take up to two weeks to pull, pack, and ship.
Please note: USPS has temporarily suspended service to several countries, including Australia and New Zealand. Domestic and international mail carriers are also handling increased holiday volume, which may cause delivery delays. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery for the holidays.
