Shipping Info

How long is your shipping?
We send through USPS First Class Mail and schedule pick-up delivery each day, where a postal worker (mailman) comes to us to pick up packages. The pick up time is between 3-5pm PST. Once packages are picked up, our hands are now untied from your package.

Order processing takes 5-7 business days, as all of our items are hand poured, blended and pressed, in house.

For FLASH SALES/HOLIDAY SALE EVENTS, order processing may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the amount of orders received. Please be patient as we are a 2 person squad! We work diligently and quickly to fulfill orders as they are processed!

Please wait 5-7 days (or 7-10 days during sale events) for your shipping confirmation/tracking number, which is sent by email, as we process all orders as they are received.

International Packages

We are not responsible for any charges passed on to you by Customs. We cannot control what amount Customs charges and are not aware of Customs dues/fees. Buyers are responsible for any and all Customs charges/duties.

Lost/Stolen package?

We are not responsible for Lost/Stolen packages. If your tracking confirmation shows "Delivered" please contact your local post office immediately and file a theft claim, providing them with the tracking number of your package! 

Signature confirmation can be requested prior to placing your order. This will be a separate charge invoiced to you.

Devinah Cosmetics is not responsible for any package that the USPS has lost through transit, or any item that was delivered but stolen from the delivered location. Please CALL USPS at  1-800-275-8777 to report your lost item and provide the tracking number your package was issued. The customer service number will be able to issue a claim for you. We suggest you email us BEFORE placing your order to INSURE your package, please contact us right away so that we can add insurance to your shipping package label.
